Shipping delay:

Packages are shipped every day from Monday to Friday between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., therefore:

  • For DPD: any order for which payment is validated before 12:00 p.m. is picked up at the store by the carrier and leaves the same day.
  • For COLISSIMO: orders for which payment is validated before 12:00 p.m. are left at the post office the same day of the order, or the next day if the order is validated after 12:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

No pick-up or drop-off of packages on weekends, therefore any orders placed after Friday 12:00 p.m. will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest.

No parcel pickup on December 31 and public holidays.

ALL OUR SHIPMENTS ARE DONE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE.

  • Metropolitan France :

DPD: Estimated delivery within 24 to 48 hours depending on the region, Monday to Friday.

Colissimo: Delivery within 2 to 4 working days from Monday to Friday (estimate), possible on Saturday (without guarantee)

  • Corsica :

Colissimo: Delivery within 2 to 4 working days from Monday to Friday (estimate), possible on Saturday (without guarantee)

  • Europe:

DPD: Estimated delivery within 2 to 6 working days.

  • DOM TOM :

Colissimo: Estimated delivery within 5 working days.
