The site is the property of the company Clic-n-Roll in its totality, as well as the whole of the related rights there. Any reproduction, integral or partial, are systematically subjected to the authorization of the owners. 1. Acceptance of the conditions

The customer admits having taken knowledge, at the time of the placing of the order, the particular conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly states to accept them without reserve. The present general terms of sale govern the contractual relations between Clic-n-Roll and its customer, the two parts accepting them without reserve. These general terms of sale will prevail on all other conditions appearing in any other document, except preliminary exemption, told and written.

2.Products

The photographs illustrating the products, do not enter the contractual field. If there are errors, in no case, the responsibility for Clic-n-Roll could not be committed. The majority of the offered products to its customers by Clic-n-Roll are available in our warehouse, in the contrary case, the delivery period is indicated in the articles' page concerned.

Clic-n-roll is a brand with a physical point of sale, therefore the wheels of rollerblades, skates, skateboards, longboards, scooters... may potentially show traces of rolling, the result of handling in the store. We take care to send you a new and undamaged product; but when it is the last one available that you order, if the traces are strongly visible or can pose a major aesthetic problem, we will notify you before sending the order and can provide detailed photos if necessary. In this case, we always ensure that the products concerned are cleaned. Quality and functionality are not impaired in any way.

3. Order

The systems of automatic recording are regarded as being worth proof, of nature, the contents and the date of the order. Clic-n-Roll confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the address e-mail that this one will have communicated. The sale will be concluded only as from the confirmation of order. Clic-n-Roll reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom would exist a litigation relating to the payment of a former order. The information stated by the purchaser, at the time of the order taking engages this one: in the event of error in the wording of the contact of the recipient, the salesman could not be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.

Special Case - Pre-orders:

Pre-orders are firm and cannot be canceled, even in the event of late delivery from suppliers. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you must submit a withdrawal letter by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. A credit note can be issued (valid for one year) but no refund is accepted from the moment we have received the merchandise you have pre-ordered.

4. Delivery and Shipping costs

The parcels are dispatched from Tuesday to Friday between 15:30 and 16:30, so any order whose payment is validated before 15:00 is shipped the very same day.

How long does it takes to get my order ?

Packages are shipped every day from Monday to Friday between 2.30 p.m. and 3.00 p.m., therefore:

- For CHRONOPOST and DPD: any order for which payment is validated before 12:00 p.m. is picked up at the store by the carrier and leaves the same day.

For COLISSIMO: orders for which payment is validated before 12 noon are placed on the same day of the order or the next day if after 12 noon at "post office" from Monday to Friday.

No pick-up or drop-off of packages on weekends, therefore any order placed after Friday 12:00 p.m. will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest.

General information on the delivery:

After payment and confirmation of order, Clic-n-roll is committed delivering to its carrier, all the references ordered by the purchaser and this within a period of 48h worked or worked by our carrier. This carrier urges him by contract with Clic-n-roll to deliver the order intended for the purchaser provided by Clic-n-roll from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).

Moreover for the deliveries out of the Metropolitan France the customer commits himself regulating all the taxes due to the product imports, customs duties, taxation of the added-value, and all other taxes due under the terms of the laws of the country of reception of the order. All the orders placed with Clic-n-roll are intended for the personal use of the customers, the customers or the product consignees prohibit any partial or total resale products. Clic-n-roll is released in fact of all legal responsibilities if the payment of the taxes were not carried out by the customer.
The delivery will be carried out either by the post office in colissimo followed, letter followed or simple letter, or by Chronopost according to the type of ordered products and the weight of those in Metropolitan France. The delivery is carried out in the time slot envisaged by the carrier by the direct handing-over of the product to the announced recipient, that is to say in the event of absence, with another person entitled by the customer. The possible delays do not give the right to the purchaser to claim damages.

The deliveries in the countries of the EEC are carried out by Chronopost or DPD (except particular request of the customer).
For the deliveries out of the EEC the deliveries are carried out either by Chronopost or by the international postal services (except particular request of the customer).

In the cases of a technical product, the customer will particularly take care to check the good performance of the delivered device, with reading the note of employment which is provided to him.
In the event of apparent defects, the purchaser profits from the right to repossess under the conditions envisaged in this document.
Are regarded as emergency discharging the salesman from his obligation to deliver, the war, the riot, the fire, the strikes, the accidents and impossibility of being supplied. Always check your parcel on arrival. You have a 48 hours deadline to make possible reserves near the carrier in the event of lack or degradation.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer does not regulate whereas only one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, he places 2 orders, with the dependent expenses of delivery.

5. Retractation/Exchanges

In the event of exercise of the right of retractation/exchange, with counted reception of the goods in our buildings, Clic-n-roll with 3 solutions:

To carry out an exchange of identical or different product (size, color, model…), however if a difference of amount remained for the customer, this one should regulate the difference before receiving the products of exchange, if this difference of amount is with the load of Clic-N-roll, the two following cases apply.

To proceed to the edition one To have amount of the amount of the sums initially paid by the customer. To have to use in the 6 months following the date of edition of this last.

To carry out the refunding of the sums paid by the customer for the articles, without expenses, except for the expenses of return and/or shipping costs if you return only part of the order. Refunding is within a 14 day maximum delay per money back on credit card, bank check or transfer paypal.

For any exchange and except error on our part in the preparation of the order: The return is the responsibility of the customer and must be sent to the store (no relay point).

Packages NOT picked up on time:

In mainland France: If you do not collect your order on time (on average 4 days from receipt of the latter by the relay point), we will contact you and offer a refund of the order in the form of a credit note or according to the payment method used. So you can place your order again if you wish.

Other countries : We refund the order in the form of a credit note or according to the means of payment used.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the package has arrived at the point of delivery using the tracking number provided by automatic email by our site, the carrier or in your customer area. To provide a valid email and phone number.

6. Price

The price is expressed in euros (initials €).
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, the costs of transport and commissioning.

Since 11/21/2021 in order to comply with new European laws, we sell our products in the European Union with the tax rate of the country of delivery of the order. This is impacted directly in the basket once the delivery address has been chosen, the price including VAT of the products remaining the same for the different EU countries.

The French overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union are invoiced excluding tax. The customs can control and tax the package on arrival in the territory, it is your responsibility to pay the taxes and other customs fees to be able to recover your package.

7. Handing-over club and codes promotions

In the case of use of a code given club or code promotion, you must be entitled to use it, we reserve the right to ask for a document in proof (licence FFRS, map of member of a club…). 8. Payments

The price invoiced with the customer is the price indicated on the confirmation of order addressed by CLIC-N-ROLL.
The price of the products is payable the cash the day of the effective order.
Our means of payment:
The payment is carried out by credit card carrying initials CB from 1€ (on euro). Online, SECURE ATOS enables you to regulate via a banking waiter of Crédit Agricole Languedoc in a secure environment. Your banking Card number is thus directed towards the waiters of the bank, your regulation is carried out directly at a bank in an environment made safe without passing by the waiter of the shop, all the more important warranty as your numbers are known only of our banking partner Crédit Agricole Languedoc.
The payment is carried out by PAYPAL, you will be redirect towards the secure site of Paypal, to in no case we will not have access to your personal data.
The payment is carried out by Transfer, you will see appearing the contact necessary of our bank account, carries out the transfer, you will be prevented when the regulation arrives on our account. Attention an additional time is to be envisaged for the delivery, no parcel will not leave as much as the money will not appear on our bank account! The transfer must be made under 7 days without what the order will be cancelled and the booked products given on sale.

The order validated by the customer will be considered effective only when the centers of banking payment concerned give their consent. 9. Litigations

This contract is subjected to the French law. Clic-n-roll cannot be held for person in charge of the damage of any nature, as well material as immaterial or body, which could result from a faulty operation or misuse of the marketed products. It is the same for the possible modifications of the products resulting from the manufacturers. The responsibility for Clic-n-roll will be, in any event, limited to the amount of the order and could not be put in question for simple errors or omissions which could have remained despite everything the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the purchaser has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek a friendly solution in particular with the assistance of a professional association of the branch, a consumers' association or any other council of his choice. One is reminded that the search for the friendly solution does not stop the “short time” of the legal warranty, nor contractual warranty period. One is reminded that in general and subject to the appreciation of the Courts, the respect of the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty supposes that the purchaser honours his financial liabilities towards the salesman.
The claims or disputes will be always received with attentive benevolence, the good faith being always supposed at that which takes the trouble to make a statement on its situations. In the event of litigation, the customer will address himself by priority to the company to obtain a friendly solution.

10. Warranty

Clic-n-roll guarantees to you that all the selected products are manufactured or produced or published or distributed by our suppliers in Europe. With regard to food the dates of consumption indicated must be respected by the customer.
In all the cases Clic-n-roll could not be held for person in charge for non-observance of the regulations and legislative into force in the country of reception, the responsibility for Clic-n-roll is systematically limited to the value of the product blamed, value on its date of sale and this without possibilities of recourse towards the brand or the film company of the product.

In any assumption, the customer profits from the legal warranty of ousting and the latent defects (Art.1625 and following of the Civil code). With the condition which the purchaser makes the proof of the hidden defect, the salesman must legally repair of them all the consequences (art.1641 and following of the civil code); if the purchaser addresses himself to the courts, it must do it within a “short time” as from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the civil code).

Consequently, only the manufacturing defects are taken into account in the warranty. 12. Legal information

The information of the personal information collected for purposes of the distance selling is obligatory, this information being essential for the treatment and the routing of the orders, the establishment of the invoices and contracts of warranty.
